1.Mithra Foundation:
Mithra is a urban based NGO working for the empowerment of Children and women living in the slums of Bangalore city.
It provides:
1. Pre-school programs:

2.Sradha: Society for Research and Development of Human Abilities



Sradha was started in 1990 in Bellur village of Krishnagiri district in Tamilnadu.
It is an integrated community based development program. Mr. Ramamoorthy is the president of the organization.

3.ATAM-DEEP:-Agya Tirath Aurora Memorial Developmental Educational And Ecological Projects. The organisation was registered as a charitable trustin1994.ATAM-DEEP was conceived by Dr.Gurdeep Aurora and Kulwant as a part of their commitment to humanistic philosophy and attitude imbibed from their parents.
The basic objectives of ATAM-DEEP are to organise and support projects in the fields of-
a)Continuing education and functional literacy
b)Rural development which is ecologically friendly
c)protection of the oppressed,particularly women and children who are often cruelly exploited by some sections of the society.



Anand Nilayam in Diljit Manzil- "Shelter for Battered Women"
This shelter was established in a rented accomadation by the Deccan Development Society(DDS), way back in1995.In 1996 Susils Dharma(SD)India,ATAM-DEEP and the DDS formed a consortim to mobilise funds for constructing a large enough building and a permanent institution.
Anand Nilayam functions on a regular basis providing temporary shelter to rural women in distress as well as children released from debt-bondage.

Susila Dharma Annapoorna Project: The Deccan Development Society(DDS) established the Green School,which had many Innovative features like a syllabus emphasising on
Rural Crafts,Training in Carpentary,Pottery,Masonry,Animal husbandry Organic agriculture,Herbal Medicine,Folk Dance Drama,Tailoring etc
Functional literacy is imparted to children between 6 to 16,assistance to children by qualified teachers for those inclined to attain academic qualifications,to take examinations at secondary level. Integrate diary programme based on local breed of buffallo cows,in the agricultural and academic programme of the school.To increase the income from the milk,recycle the dung of the cows through biogas digester,supply methane thus produced to the school kitchen and the slurry to the garden plots.The project was started in 1998.the children receive sufficient vegetables and supplementary diet consisting of vegetables and yogurt.
